Before founding IRIS, he was at JPMorgan in London for 7 years, where his responsibilities included heading the Corporate Derivatives Marketing team in charge of marketing Derivatives Solutions across asset classes to France, Belgium and Luxembourg corporate clients, and marketing Pension Risk Management solutions to corporations across Europe in the Insurance and Pensions Group.
Prior to JPMorgan, he worked at Bankers Trust, then Deutsche Bank, in London, and at Banque Nationale de Paris in Paris, where he had similar responsibilities. He also worked for 2 years in the Project Finance department at BNP in Taiwan.
Guillaume graduated from Ecole des Mines de Paris where he specialized in Management Science.

Sten graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics specializing in Finance and Strategy.

Before joining IRIS, Alexis worked at Credit Suisse in Paris in the Firm’s Global Markets and Solutions Group, Heading the Derivatives Solutions Group for France, BeLux and Spain.

Before joining IRIS, Alexis worked at Credit Suisse in Paris in the Firm’s Global Markets and Solutions Group, Heading the Derivatives Solutions Group for France, BeLux and Spain.
Prior to Credit Suisse, he worked in London, first at JPMorgan for 5 years, then at Morgan Stanley for 4 years where he had similar responsibilities in addition to covering clients in the Debt Capital Markets space.
